Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original, unopened condition with all original packaging intact.
- Opened or assembled model kits are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened model kits or figures that have been assembled or displayed
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Downloadable or digital products
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@wawatoyss.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
