What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at kenjohny999@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address immediately after your order is placed.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard US shipping takes 5–10 business days. Expedited shipping takes 2–5 business days. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your package.

Are all your products authentic?

Absolutely. All Bandai Gundam model kits and Marvel figures sold at Wawa Toys are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors.

What is the difference between HG, MG, and PG Gundam kits?

HG (High Grade) — Entry-level kits, great for beginners. Smaller scale (1/144).
MG (Master Grade) — Intermediate kits with more detail and inner frame. Scale 1/100.
PG (Perfect Grade) — Premium kits with the highest level of detail. Scale 1/60.
